Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn (if apparel), and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Consoles and Devices must be packed with all accessories and in original packaging. 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Prepare Your Item: Include all accessories and the device/item in the original packaging.
3. Return Label: We provide a free return label that will be sent to your email. Kindly override the original label on packaging. 
4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return your item to the address provided by our support team.
5. Prepare to Receive a Replacement Item (if eligible): If we discussed this, we will provide you with a replacement of your item after we receive the returned version. 

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
